<p><strong>JOB TITLE: </strong>Program Supervisor</p>
<p><strong>EMPLOYMENT TYPE: </strong>Full-time, 40 hours/wk</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>ABOUT THE PROGRAM:</strong> </span> <strong>SAFE Family Recovery</strong></p>
<p>The Safe Family Recovery program encompasses 3 separate programs: SBIRT (Screening Brief Intervention Referral to Treatment), RMCS (Recovery Management Checkup and Support) and MDFR (Multidimensional Family Recovery). <br />SBIRT is a screening that includes a breathalyzer, urine drug screen, the administration of the GAIN-SS and a discussion with client to identify areas of need related to substance use and mental health and to connection to appropriate treatment as indicated.</p>
<p>RMCS is designed to provide ongoing recovery support and checkups after an episode of treatment. RMCS works to facilitate involvement with pro-social activities, linkage to services as indicated and positive family relationships. <br />MDFR is an evidence based program that addresses the complex, multi-generational challenges facing families affected by parental substance use and involvement in the child welfare system. MDFR works to address change in the following six domains.</p>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">ABOUT THE POSITION:</span> Program Supervisor</strong></p>
<p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provides case consultation, direction and leadership within the team.</li>
<li>Ensures clients receive services that are focused on presenting problems and clients’ request for treatment.</li>
<li>Directs crisis intervention efforts and intervenes as required.</li>
<li>Monitors client meetings, admission, continued stay and discharge criteria.</li>
<li>Reviews caseloads regularly to ensure appropriate utilization of services.</li>
<li>Oversees hiring, training, and performance management of staff within the program.</li>
<li>Facilitates team meetings.</li>
<li>Participates in internal and external meetings as needed by program and agency.</li>
<li>Ensures client, program and agency documentation is completed in a timely manner and according to program, agency, funder and accreditation/licensing standards. </li>
<li>Acts as primary point person for program and provides back up coverage as needed by program and agency.</li>
<li>Ensures proper maintenance of vehicles/if applicable.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>Education:</strong> Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, education (PSS program only), psychology or related field; consideration will be given for those with a bachelor's degree in similar fields with five years of appropriate experience in some programs.</p>
<p><strong> Experience:</strong> A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience providing direct services in a mental health related field. Supervisory experience preferred not required.</p>
<p><strong> Licensure/Certification/Registration:</strong> If in a field that requires licensure, must have a provisional level license (LMSW, LMFT-A, LPC-A). LCSW, LMFT, LPC preferred.</p>

<p>$56,797/minimum, and up commensurate upon experience</p>
<p>*Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based off of relevant experience, as well as adherence to our internal equity policy.
